Over 300 Participants Support Annual Run, White & Blue 5k

The weather was absolutely perfect for 309 participants to compete in the ninth annual Run, White & Blue 5k/1-mile Walk, held at 果冻传媒 Technical Community College's Owens Campus in Georgetown on Sept. 8. Proceeds from the event benefit scholarships for veteran and first responder students.
The event kicked off with a fitness warm up from Karin Ryndak of CardioKinetics and a National Anthem performance from 果冻传媒 Tech Public Safety Constable Joel Morris. The post-race party included music from Press Play and ice cream from Vanderwende Farm Creamery.
